At Tiny Town Adventurez, we believe every great idea, every bold leap, and every magical space is built by a village. Today, we’re excited to introduce you to our village — the family behind the paint brushes, the late-night planning sessions, the construction walkthroughs, and the heart of this entire journey.

We’re the Barnes Family — Tiffany, Matt, Adriana, Ella, and little Deuce — and we are honored to be building something special for the 380 Corridor and surrounding communities.

👩🏽‍💼 Tiffany — Founder & CEO, Visionary, Mom of Three

If Tiny Town Adventurez had a heartbeat, it would be Tiffany.She is the dreamer, the strategist, the storyteller, and the mom who saw a need in the community and decided to fill it herself.

With a passion for early childhood development, representation, entrepreneurship, and imaginative play, Tiffany created Tiny Town as a safe, joyful, development-focused play café for families like hers — and yours.

Her mission is simple:Build a space where kids can dream freely and parents can breathe deeply.

👨🏽‍🔧 Matt — Director of Operations, Hands-on Hero, The Builder

If you’ve seen videos of construction, planning, paint days, or behind-the-scenes walkthroughs… you’ve seen Matt in action.

As a former firefighter/EMT turned emergency management and operations expert, he brings structure, safety, and precision to every corner of Tiny Town.

From designing floor layouts to meeting with contractors, Matt is the quiet but mighty force making sure everything is done right the first time.

👑 Adriana — The Teen Creative, Our Inspiration in Ballet Shoes

Adriana is not just part of the family team — she’s a driving force behind Tiny Town Adventurez.

Her joy, resilience, and creativity shape the way we design experiences for kids.She represents every child who deserves a space to feel seen, safe, and encouraged to explore what makes them unique.

🌸 Ella — The Sparkle & Sass of Tiny Town

Ella is the kid-tester, the in-house quality control expert, the one who will walk into a space and immediately tell us if it’s fun enough.

She represents the spirit of play and wonder — and she keeps us grounded in what young kids actually want.

👶🏽 Deuce — The (Very Busy) Toddler CEO of Vibes

Deuce is the reason our soft play zone has to be toddler-proofed to the max. He keeps us honest, keeps us humble, and reminds us that imagination has no age limit.

His laughter fills every idea with joy.
