To-Go Waiver
RENTAL WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
This waiver must be completed and signed by any person using Tiny Town Adventurez.
I acknowledge and agree to the following on behalf of myself and my child(ren):
1. General Responsibilities
- Tiny Town Adventurez staff will deliver, set up, and dismantle all equipment.
- For Drop-Off Rentals, Client assumes full responsibility for supervising children and enforcing safety rules.
2. Safety Rules
- Ages 9 months–8 years only
- No shoes, food, drinks, face paint, or sharp objects allowed in play area
- Adult supervision is required at all times
- Do not allow roughhousing, climbing on fences, or overloading equipment
- Setup area must be flat, debris-free, and accessible
3. Damage & Cleaning
- Client is responsible for the cost of repairs to damaged equipment or excessive mess.
- A cleaning fee may be assessed if items are returned unreasonably dirty.
4. Inclement Weather
- Tiny Town reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to wind, rain, or extreme heat.
- Clients may reschedule within 12 months at no added cost.
5. Waiver of Liability
By signing below, I understand that use of play equipment and inflatables involves inherent risk.
I voluntarily assume all risk and agree not to hold Tiny Town Adventurez LLC, its owners, or staff
liable for any injury or loss. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tiny Town Adventurez from any claims.
