Cancellation Policy

1. Open Play Booking Policies Open Play at Tiny Town Adventurez is a two-hour play session designed for children ages 9 months to 8 years. Booking Requirements • Play sessions may be reserved online in advance. • Full payment is required at the time of booking. • Each child must have a completed waiver on file before entry. • Adults are always free and must remain on-site. Late Arrivals • Your reservation guarantees your spot for the scheduled session only. • Late arrivals may participate in the remaining time, but additional time cannot be added. No-Show Policy • No-shows forfeit the full session fee. • This protects capacity limits and ensures fairness to families on the waitlist. 2. Open Play Cancellation & Reschedule Policy Life happens. We understand that, but we must also protect our small business and the families waiting for spots. Cancellations • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session may receive: A full credit to your Tiny Town account (no cash refunds), or A one-time complimentary reschedule. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for credit or reschedule. Rescheduling • Reservations may be rescheduled when done 24 hours in advance. • Reschedules made within 24 hours are subject to availability. 3. Membership Policies Memberships help our community enjoy more play for less while supporting ongoing operations and programming. Membership Types • Monthly memberships renew automatically each month. • Memberships include unlimited weekday open play or unlimited open play (based on tier), member pricing for events, and priority access. Billing • Membership fees are billed automatically to the card on file every 30 days. • Declined payments must be updated within 48 hours to avoid a pause in benefits. Membership Cancellation • You may cancel anytime. • Cancellations must be submitted 7 days before your next billing date. • After cancellation, your membership remains active until the end of your paid period. • We do not prorate or refund unused days. Membership Holds • Members may place their membership on hold once every 12 months for up to 30 days. • Additional holds incur a $10 administrative fee. Member Usage & No-Show Policy To keep fairness for all families: • Members can still book open play sessions in advance to secure a spot. • Two member no-shows in a billing cycle may result in a $5 no-show convenience fee. • Frequent no-shows may lead to restricted booking privileges.
